Why is iTunes not available in Croatia?

I have been using Apple products since 2013. and I still have yet to fully enjoy all the features, such as buying music and movies on iTunes.

Is Apple even working on this?

I don’t know where to address this but can Apple please get iTunes to work in Tanzania? We buy the phones but we can’t get the ultimate experience from our iTunes accounts. Apple Music started working and its been amazing. Time for iTunes! I’d like to ask Apple to activate access to iTunes store here in Tanzania. We buy the phones but they are nothing but camera phones and for dials and msging. We can not get full experience with the phone without the iTunes store. Recently, Apple Music was launched and we have been enjoying the music but we can’t even access Apple TV and others. Please consider this

You would have to ask Apple, we are fellow users and don't know why they haven't yet opened an iTunes Store there nor if/when they might do so.
