I just got a new phone.I lost everything from my old phone.I had Apple Music on my old phone.How do I add Apple Music back to my new phone without having to pay for Apple Music again?

Are you using the same Apple ID you used on the old phone? Have you signed into Settings/iTunes & App Store? See if this helps.
