I have been trying to get my iPad 4 to update to iOS 11 ever since it came out. For some reason, it will not update past iOS 10.3.3. I have searched the forums, and Apple has told me that the iPad 4 will update to iOS 11. The product number of my device is MD519LL/A.

Please help!
