Apple Watch
When I go to text on my Apple Watch it is not in English but everything else on my Apple Watch is in English so how do I change it to English

Open the Messages app on your Apple Watch and tap the conversion you want to type in. When you get to that screen, Force Touch the display and 4 options will pop up (Reply, Details, Send Location, and Choose Language). Tap the “Choose Language” option and make sure it’s set to English. Hope this helps you!
