Ear Speaker issue during calls

Hi Apple,

i am having a issue with my iPhone 7 . During calls my ear speaker not working, I am not able listen any thing, if I Turn on loudspeaker it’s working . If a play video audio speaker is working fine . Recently I upgraded to 12.1.4 OS . Please do needful
