my phone 5s keeps restarting

my iPhone 5s keeps restarting after every 2 minutes. i have taken the backup and have done hard reset too and its now new phone still problem didn't get solved

pl help

Hello,

You might try a factory reset:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

If no help, have it checked: Find Locations
