well, A serious problem occurd with my MAX, when I connect it with iTunes it doesn’t connect, while I connect headphones it gives a beep and doesn’t connect, unable to have my backup, no issue when it’s being charged. Plz give solution to this problem, m much uncomfortable even after buying a barnd new MAX.

We can't diagnose that issue remotely.
If, after trying to gently clean its charging port and/or after connecting it using a different cable, since your iphone is still on warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider: Apple – Location Selector
