Hello
I have a 6S (iOS 12.1.4) and want to rename the many Bluetooth devices I use.
I gather I am supposed to connect to the device then tap the (i) and tap name......
Except there is no 'name' button. Any clues please?

I believe that you would have to rename it on the device not on the phone.
Example, my Apple watch is done from the My Watch app
My car is done from on my car's radio system
My speaker at home has no option for naming or changing either on the phone or the device
