I have a problem and would like your assistance - my I phone 5S can connect to wifi, i have done done factory reset and upon setting up it cant connect to wifi.
How do you guys deal with that problem?

My iPhone is always going to xfinity Wi-Fi. So go into Preferences, Then, disable mobile data (“Celluar”) and see if it connects to Wi-Fi. Then be assured that your Wi-Fi is enabled.
Restarting your router should fix this, as connections may need become deactivated/disabled.
