Press lightly on the app icon until it jiggles, then tap the X.

Or:

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap [Device] Storage.
  4. Select the app you want to delete.
  5. Tap Delete app.
  6. Tap Delete to confirm that you want to delete the app.

First, cancel the subscription as described in this link-->View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If you are not being billed by Apple, this is the alternative-->Get help with subscriptions not billed through Apple - Apple Support

AFTER canceling the subscription you can delete the app: Hold your finger lightly on the app until it wriggles, then tap the X in the corner. Press HOME when done.
