About one month now I have to wait about 5-7 seconds to do anything (delete, type etc) in Message app on my MacBook Pro mid 2018 13". Am I the only one? Apple, please fix, if possible. Thanks.

Also To trouble shoot further you can:
Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-10 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches, dynamic loader cache, etc. get cleared and rebuilt.
This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.
Test issue in another user (or guest user) account https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204443
This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

Thanks for the reply. I checked my system with etrecheck and everything seems to be OK. After a reboot in safe mode the problem is solved. I'll post if it occurs again.
Everything is OK with the MacOS Mojave 10.14.4 update. Thanks...
The problem is back after two days. I've just updated my OS to the latest version and I'll see what happens next. I hope this issue is solved. I'll post back in a few days.
