iTunes won't play video

My movies will not play on iTunes 12.9 version.

Redownloading a couple of the movies. Reinstalling iTunes. Windows 11 is Fully Up to Date I have Deauthorized and Reauthorized. At one point I got the playback window to appear but it was randomly pixelated. with no discernable video. Music VIdeos play. Cyberlink's HDCP utility indicates HDCP is working.
