What information can you give me about my current battery?

Just purchased this in PERFECT condition late 2011 17" MacBook Pro... Yes I can hear it now, "the GPU will go soon", I am fully aware of the limitations of this model, however if it isn't the most beautiful Mac experience in my opinion. Anyway, the battery itself says it has 75 cycles and they guy said he got it from his "rich" girlfriends grandfather blah blah blah. It's basically new, but is it an aftermarket battery?
