how to make sure that it's fake message? when I follow the message it send me to the AppStore ask me to install something like Mac-Cleanxxx and it will scan My MacBook then said that I have some issue and direct me to Mc Afee to download cleaner

Both of these are not needed, it is a scam and they are trying to up-sell you.
These apps do more harm than good on the Mac, you will be worse off.
If it tells you to use a cleaner, you can be sure it's fake. Also avoid MacKeeper.
