Powerbeats 3 manufacturing Malfunction

I bought Powerbeats3 Wireless earphone in August 2018. Unfortunately, it literally started disintegrating over time. Ear hook have split and inner metal appears, the speaker container of left ear is split in half as if the holding glue was melted. It is an obvious manufacturing malfunction.

In short, I have visited the Apple Store in Istanbul, Zurlu Centre, the guys over there told me they cannot do anything and the current 2 years warranty of the product does not includes such defects.

I am posting this because I feel I was cheated by Apple.

Powerbeats 3 ear loop broke while adjusting it Powerbeats3 ear loop-ring (metal part within the rubber casing) broke. Would this be considered defective and eligible to replace or fix per Apple?
