Purchase could not be completed

Hello guy, so let me explain my situation.

5 days ago, i put 25$ to my itune gift card, but when i go into the game called “ mobile legend “ and purchase 10$, it said purchase could not be completed, so i contacted apple support, they said they will fix it in 24-48h and all i got is my account banned. Then i use my other apple id which i have used for few years already and purchase tons of things alrdy, but this time i recharge the same game but with my visa card ( which always works ) but this time it doesnt work, and pop up the same message. so i contacted apple support once again, and they told me the same thing, but in the end i got it banned too... Now i decided to creat a new apple id, and purchase with my visa card. but it still pop up purchase could not be completed. I know for sure that if i contact apple support once again, it just only get my account banned.. Any help?

I can't tell you what is going on (we are just users like you) but I can tell you you will have to contact Apple to resolve this. If it isn't working using the various methods I have provided you can always try to get a chat or phone call. Go to the Support contacts link at the top right of the page and try different pathways until you eventually find one that gets a chat or call option. Once you get somebody they can hopefully pass you onto the right department.
