error opening excel file with automator

I am trying to use automator to open an excel file. But I keep getting an error.

But, if I go and double click on the file directly, it opens.

This is what I am using in Automator.

Rather simple I thought.

could you have multiple files with this name? do a search.

That was it, thank you. That file never came up when looking, but when I did a search, it found it.
