Itunes not making transactions

So I tried making an in ap purchase earlier. The transaction did not go through and declined several times. I tried my other card and still refused. A while later my bank’s fraud department phoned me and asked if I was trying to make a purchase. I said yes and they then allowed it on the bank side.


Intried making the purchase and got a message that itunes cant make any purchases at the moment.


How do I reolsve this as I beieve itunes blocked it due the attempts?
