Can I use two Bluetooth headphones at the same time?

I want to know if two Bluetooth headphones can be used at the same time so two people can watch and listen to movies on IPad.

Depends on the model of iPad, more specifically its Bluetooth hardware.


To send audio to more than one pair of Bluetooth headphones, requires Bluetooth 5.0 hardware.


Currently only the iPad Pros, new iPad Air and new iPad Mini 5 offer this.


You can select multiple output devices from the Audio control in Control Center.
