My iPhone has started freezing today every time I enter my Apple ID Password from Settings. I was able to enter it successfully from the App Store and on a web page. I have to do a hard reset to recover use off my iPhone after each attempt through Settings.

The last time I tied, it was not as hard a freeze as I thought. This time I notices that the the screen changed as I rotated the screen. Then I realized I could close the settings App, and restart the App without it being frozen there.
When it is what I called frozen, nothing happens when I click on the screen except the blow-up of the key I touch shows up (onscreen keyboard)
When I go back to settings, it still shows "Some account services require you to sign in again" like it has done every day until I entered my password from Settings that day.
