Activity data sharing not working

Hi all, I set up my watch two days ago. I could see the people I share data with activity yesterday but today it is saying they haven’t done anything, when I know they have.

Have I accidentally turned something off? I cannot see any updates that need doing. I can see their activity on my phone but not my watch.

help please?
