whats wrong with this ipad??

My ipad cant connect to smart keyboard and apple pencil, i do all step for solve this problems (restart ipad, clean the smart connector, charge the apple pencil etc) but it still doesn work

please help me apple ....

IPad Pro third generation problems with ios 16.5 I get messages that an accessory isn’t compatible. The only accessories I have are the keyboard I bought from Apple, and the pencil. The keyboard does not always respond and I am getting blue boxes around things that seems to lock up everything. I can’t figure what is going on but it all started when ios 16.5 was installed. Keyboard I have the iPad Air 4th Generation. It came with the Apple Pencil and the black keyboard with no mouse. I am trying to connect it to my iPad but it keeps saying accessory not connected or whatever. But, I am putting my iPad in the keyboard the way it’s suppose to be and the smart connected is Touching the iPads smart connector. I don’t know how to fix it.

Smart Keyboard not working I have the iPad Pro since it first came out. I bought it together with the pencil and the Smart Keyboard. The SK has NOT worked for a while ... and since I use the iPad mostly for applications that don’t require the SK I assumed it would eventually work again. I just read a few posts here from back in 2017 and realized that others were having the same issue; it also appears that the IOS upgrades might have caused this to happen. Does anyone have an answer that could help me to fix this SK? Do I need to bring it to the store to get help? Any ideas would be appreciated. thank you, MGT

Try a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.

Then, tap and try the link below to get your Apple Pencil working.

Did you purchase the original 1st generation Apple Pencil?

The brand new 2nd gen Apple Pencil DOES NOT work with older iPad Pro models.

What iPad Pro model is this?

How long have you had this iPad and its accessories?

When was the last time the Apple Pencil was used and/or charged up?

The smart keyboards for older iPad models have been problematic with no real fix.

Ipad pro 12.9 first gen

i use this ipad since 1 years ago, and the smart keyboard doesnt work since one month

i just get my ipencil now but it cant connect to ipad even it was read by this ipad

Yes, this is the original 1st gen ipencil, not the 2nd gen
