i run office 365 on my mac and use outlook for my mail. however i have been told that i cannot ask for read receipts as i use btinternet mail and they don't support read receipts ... does anyone know if this is correct ...
i have the option of running outlook 2016 or 2019
if it's your mail provider which does not support read receipits, the mail clients will have no say
thanks for reply ......... i understand that if this is the case Microsoft can't help however, i am just checking to see if this is right to see if anyone else has this restriction on a bt mail account
