How can i remove this restriction to download something (from link/Appstore) suing my mobile data.
I have huge data package in my phone and i don't care how big the data is, So how can i remove this restriction?.
is this configurable?

No, you can't remove it.
But keep in mind that it does not depend solely on an Apple decision. The restriction is in place not due to some limitations in iOS, but to guard the mobile service providers network against congestions (many of them have restrictions).
Depending on your country or region, and your carrier, the download limit might be higher.

Sorry, no it is not user alterable.
Then its really a bad user experience, y cant it be configurable? Or increase this 150 limit to 300 or 500.
this is really inappropriate.
I am paying for 1GB cellular per DAY. Some UK providers offer more than 3GB per DAY.
We have the same restriction, which is outdated in 2019.
I have given feedback at apple.com/feedback
PS I also want My Photo Stream to upload on cellular. Same reason.
