Can you guys make an emoji that smiles and only has braces on their teeth? Also an emoji of a girl with cat ears? I have braces and there is never an emoji for them, also my sis loves cats and she always weres cat ears.

Apple isn't responsible for creating new emojis. That is done by a group as described in this article.
If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
Do you think Apple can make an app that has new emojis that you can download onto the text message app? If you can make the app can you add in my suggestions?
