How to shuffle all tunes?

My new version of itunes ( windows - Dell laptop)no longer has the party shuffle option which allows random plying of the entire music library. The only option I see is Genius Shuffle which only plays a limited number of songs randomly.

how can I set this up to randomly play all my music?

thanks for your help!

In iTunes 12.9.4 which I have just this minute downloaded, the shuffle feature appears to be exactly as it was before.

Click on Controls/Shuffle/Songs to set it to play songs (rather than albums or groupings) and then Control/Shuffle/On to turn shuffle on Then tap the Play button. That starts the player with a random song. If I then look at the Up Next list it appears to have a random selection of songs.

If you try this, at which point is it different to my experience?
