I have the Apple Watch 4 and just updated to IOS 12.2 and have WatchOS5.2. Why do I not have the ECG app on my watch? I am in the UK and over 22.

Unfortunately you have an North America model. The ones in that work in Europe are A2007 or A2008. If went to USA ironically it would work.
Thanks! You mean the Canadian one? I have read of people having bought the US model and it worked outside the country...

I had same issues i am in uk etc, turns out i needed to go in the watch app scroll down to general then software update and update the watch. This sorted the problem out for me

No solution, it is a shame, I have given up on Apple Watch
I have sorted mine out now - I hadn’t updated to the latest software version. I’m checking my ECG non stop now! :-)
