Adobe Reader/Preview

I have an late 2012 iMac running High Sierra. How do I move back to Preview from Adobe Reader

iMac 27", macOS 10.13

Select any PDF file in the Finder, press "Command + I", in the "Get Info" window that opens, change "Open with:" to Preview, then click the "Change All…" button. Close the window when finished.
