Im running the latest Mojave update. Restarting my iMac solved the issue, but ive had to do this a few times lately. I do have Kaspersky running, and thought it might be a glitch there, but ive not had any Kaspersky-related issues in the past. My mac is about three years old, this coming August.
Get rid of “Kaspersky”. Rule 1 of Macs is don’t install junk.
