Face ID cannot be used in App store

I have a problem with using face id in app store now after instaling ios12.2, i tried to reset face id to tu swich toogle on and off but there is no drifgerece it says to me there was a mistake with authentification, i tried a hard reset and there is stil a mistake i have iphone xs and this is the first time this happens to me. Face unlocking works just fine
