Blocking phone calls

I want to get the best app for an I phone 5 . to block unwanted calls from certain countries.

Any ideas? Is it possible?

I get phone calls from Burundi, Slovenia y many other countries... at all hours of the night.

I block them... but they use may different numbers combination. Is it possible to block a whole country area phone number?
