Getting receipt emails of purchased apps that we did not purchase

Me and my husband have been getting receipt emails of purchased apps that we did not purchase. I was wondering if this is legit or a scam.

Possibly a scam.

Who are these emails from?

What exactly do they say?

Apple will never include an attachment of any kind in an email receipt for a purchase.

If you check your Apple ID purchase history and none of the apps from the emails appear, its very likely they are scams.

That's a scam. The email address is not from Apple. any emails you get from apple will have a from address than ends in apple.com not spypteo.com

Also the "click here" link to cancel takes you to a website that is not Apple.com

Those emails are most definitely scams. don't respond to or otherwise act on them. You can forward them to Apple at reportphishing@apple.com as explained in the "Avoid Phishing Emails..." link provided above.
