I had a passcode change and it made me to a 6 digit and when i click on passcode options, the only option is custom alphanumeric code. And if i put in a new passcode of 4 digit, I get a This Passcode Can Be Easily Guessed.
Is there a way to fix this?

I believe that you need to turn the passcode off completely before you can see the option to change the passcode from 6 digit to 4. Once you turn it off, then tap to set a passcode, you should see the option as to which option you wish to use. I really don't want to turn mine off completely at this time, since I use FaceID.
Go to passcode and Face ID then change passcode and select passcode options
That means the last time you had a 4 digit passcode it was the same as the one you just entered. You will have to choose a different passcode.
