Can’t purchase an app from the App Store on this device

Good afternoon, I’m trying to purchase robux for my grandson, but it keeps saying my purchase can’t be completed , and to contact apple support.I’ve double checked all of my card info it’s al fine. I did purchase it on my ipad and everything went thru. Can someone please assist me with this issue thanx
