Repeating keys on a laptop not covered by the repair program?

The apple repair program covers every MacBook and pro with butterfly keyboard from 2015-2017. My laptop is facing keyboard issues (2018 13”), but it isn’t covered by the program for some reason. I’m having issues with the R key repeating sometimes. Would I be able to get a repair without using one incident on my extended warranty?

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.14

You only use an incident with AC+ if there is accidental damage, otherwise it will just be covered by the warranty coverage for free. See here for AC+ details.
