Facetune 2 subscription reimbursement

Hi,


please cancel and reimburse the subscription for Facetune 2 app, as the app clearly stated 2.99/month however they charged the lump sum. I reached out to the app support and they advised to contact Apple for reimbursement. Please assist

Check your subscriptions to make sure it is cancelled.


Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions


Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple 


Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.
