Google search goes to bing

Whenever I search something in the search bar, it always redirects to a bing search. It shows the google options for a second or so, and switches to bing right after. I've tried restarting and deleting other browsers off google chrome, yet the problem isn't resolved.

If anyone knows how to fix it please let me know.
