Apple Pay

I went into settings and added funds from my credit card to ApplePay, for a game. The funds show that it was added, but when I sign in to the Apple website it still shows a 0.00 balance! Every time I click to purchase it says “Store is unavailable try again” It doesn’t show the amount that was added on the Apple website, and when I click to make a purchase, it still doesn’t go through. Can anyone help me out?
