Suspicious email

I received an email from apple a couple of days ago. It said my Apple ID was used in a new browser. Date 3/26/2019. IP Address 200.79.141.37. Country: Mexico. It said my ID was temporary disabled. I sighed in today 3/31/2019 and I was able to sigh in. Is this a phish? Just wanted to let someone know. Thanks

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.
