Perhaps you saw two different prices. Your question above makes it sound like you purchased the item for $3.99 from the iTunes Store, and that was the price there. Perhaps you saw a lower price on a website. But that was not the price in the iTunes Store, which is where you made the purchase.

When I elected to purchase puzzle on jigsaw, I was taken immediately to apple/iTunes sign on showing my username and asking for password.
Now all of a sudden apple doesn’t know iTunes and vice versa!! WTH
Two things happened that I’m very embarrassed about, & very, very sorry for.
i did not expect my RoboKiller to post so early $3.99! Number two...it was the same day I bought the puzzle, so I thot there was an error! The puzzle just debited today $1.99, and I’m sitting here with egg on my face!!

I’ve contacted Jigsaw...no answer yet. I also made another purchase & recognized my steps.
