My Wrist Hurts

I would just like to add to this discussion that whenever I wear my Apple Watch my left wrist hurts. I tried to deal w/it hoping it would go away. Went to the Dr. today & he said it’s Tenosynovitis & it’s possible that the watch is what is irritating the tendon. He gave me a brace & recommended not wearing my watch for a couple weeks. Hope the pain doesn’t come back when I try to wear it in the future.

I did stop wearing the watch but obviously wanted to hopefully find another solution since the watch was not cheap. I found the possible solution by Asking the question on Google👍🏽 Positioning the watch properly is the “key” to helping it not press on tendons that cause the pain.
