I can't able to download app from apple store

Hi,


I recently purchased a new Iphone XR from apple store. I want to use my old apple ID which I was used in Taiwan before. But after set up, I can't able to download any app from my apple store using my apple ID. I already changed my current location (United States) from my old loacation (Taiwan). But still it is not working. It always telling 'Your account is not valid for use in the U.S.store. You must swith to Taiwan store before purchasing' like that. Please help us to resolve my problem.

Have you changed your iTunes/App Store account to the US?


You need a zero account balance, you need to cancel all your subscriptions, you need a credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in, and you need a billing address in that country. If you have an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account.


Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions


Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple 


Region - Change your iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store country or region


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
