your payment method was declined

i don't know why i can't buy music, can't payment in Apple Music. i was update all information but i can't also payment it. Help me, please! Thanks

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store is a helpful article for things you can do to resolve this issue.


If you complete all those steps in the article and your payment method continues to decline you can reach out to iTunes Support for additional help.
