Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My launchpad is interrupting my work by showing up very frequently.
Despite full format of my macbook air. Still the problem persists.
While installing mavericks os, this problem didn't happen. But as soon as i installed Mojave. Launchpad started to appear.
Sometimes an upgrade to much later macOS than had been present, may be problematic.
Not sure why you've Launchpad activity; however a previous old system may have bearing.
You could try and see if start in Safe mode could help; sometimes that in and of itself can.
Just be certain mac does start in Safe mode ~ then later to exit, simple re-start is required.
