My iphone xs max have problem about flash broken but my phone no drop and no attack and i always use silicone case for protect my phone. How to do? How can i claim it and get new one?

Make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your XS Max inspected. After checking it out, Apple Specialists will judge if it's a manufacturer's defect or not. In any case they will give you all the available options.

Thank you for your replied. I will check it at an Apple store. More information i just use for 5 months use silicon case at first and no drop 100%
