Every time I try to activate my iPad mini is says Your IPad can not be activated because the activation server can not be reached. Can someone please help me with this issue

It mine says the same way like yours but mine says..TRY CONNECTING YOUR iPad to iTunes to activate ot, or try again in a couple of minutes.
