Apple Watch Died and Stuck on Apple Logo when on Charger

Recently my apple watch series 2 died and I placed it on the charger like I do everytime it runs out of battery, but this time was different. This time it turns on but will not leave the Apple Logo at boot and sometimes will turn off and go back to the apple logo. Ive tried a hard reset (holding both buttons down on watch) on it, different chargers, and pretty much everything i can find online and still will not get out of boot loop. If anyone knows the solution to this it would be greatly appreciated.
