How to change the draw color in Markup extension of Photos to edit photo or jpeg?
I want to make a "red" circle on the photo or jpeg, just like the snipping tool in Windows PC.

To change the colors for drawing, click the controls for the border color and the fill color.
For me, these two controls are currently unresponsive. It may be a bug in Photos 4.0 on macOS 10.14 Mojave.
