My Apple ID has been disabled on my iPhone but not my iPad. How do I fix this

Where is it showing as disabled?
Apple ID disabled - Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes
If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
