Can I install Photoshop on the new iPad Air

The only place to install iOS apps from is the Apple App Store. There are a few Adobe Photoshop apps there (Express, Fix,...) but not a full version of Photoshop. I did see an article awhile ago (CNET maybe ?) that Adobe May be working on an iOS equivalent to their desktop Photoshop though.
